Horrendous experience. Her damaging, destructive comments to my daughter left her in tears. On top of it she was filling in for my regular doctor and knew NOTHING about my daughter. She overstepped her boundaries and shattered my daughter’s self esteem. She needs to take courses in treating the patient as a WHOLE human being. Wondering if this person has daughters. Hope not.

Horrible doctor, condescending, rude, arrogant, rushed out of the room. When asked to speak to my mother on the phone(who is a nurse and could describe my problem better), she let out an audible sigh and rolled her eyes. She refused to listen to me and did not help at all. It's a shame that she is ruining the name that Mariwalla has built.

Have seen her several times despite requests for the other two doctors in the practice. Despite her relatively young age, Dr. Cerniello is surly, condescending and unprofessional, bad mouthing staff in front of customers. She also ignored us when we asked her to update our child's baby book (twice) and managed to obtain the wrong height and weight percentiles for our child, which was pretty alarming and basic stuff. I also had to remind her several times of important prescription refills and corresponding bloodwork. I never feel as rushed and ignored as i do with this practitioner. I can't seem to understand her snide attitude, which is certainly not warranted by her credentials. I try to avoid her and am considering looking for another practice altogether.
