I can't explain the lack of experience and knowledge displayed by this, "doctor," and his staff. I believe this doctor is trying to cram as many non English speaking immigrant patients into each appointment time as possible. I believe he's taking advantage of those patients. He seems to have a great deal of discomfort discussing or diagnosing anything other than well visits, flu shots, or colds. He and his office staff are beyond rude. I had waited over 2.5 hours one day in his office. I informed his front desk staff that I was about to have a seizure and needed to get out of the jam packed waiting room. Seeing that I was white and assuming I didn't speak Spanish, the girl continued talking on the phone to her child asking, "what do they have to eat at the party? Are you having a good time?" ALL while ignoring my pleas for help. I finally opened the door to the back office, fell on the ground, then had a Grand Mal seizure. I awoke to find a terrified doctor who has obviously never witnessed a seizure, who was then beyond rude and basically kicked me out of the office as soon as I was able to walk because he was so clueless. I wasn't even there for the seizure disorder, I have a specialist. However, because of the stress created by the excessively long wait times and hot, overly crowded waiting room. I would recommend that you run, not walk away from this man and his pseudo clinic.

Dr. Burgos office, Highly disorganized, if you call you will get an answering machine and if you leave a message they will respond in about 2 days. If you take your yearly fiscal with Burgos office they wont report to your insurance. I have called and left many messages about this issue and still nothing gets done. If you make a prior appointment to see the doctor you will still wait over an hour and a half to see the doctor, because anyone that walks in gets squeezed in to make sure they make every dollar possible. When I met Dr. Burgos I was happy because I liked his personable approach but His staff is incompetent, He definitely needs a professional office manager. Dr. Burgos its time to take charge of this and be professional.
