She treats with empathy, listen with rapt attention n go the extra mile to follow up her patient

She is the best doctor ever. I have never had a problem with her. She is always on time and always takes time to speak with me in the examination room. Every time I go there has been a NURSE who takes my BP. I am 24 and have been going to her since I was 16. On her voicemail she has an alternate phone number for you to reach her if you need her on the days she is not in the office.

I was a patient for 2 years b4 switching pcps. The service was TERRIBLE- no customer service/friendliness at all. The nurse was RUDE in person and on the phone. Dr. Agbede rarely took time to quickly examine me- bp only. In winter of 09 I thought I had a sinus infection, went in for an appointment and paid $15 copay for nothing-she didn't examine me at all. She just took my bloodpressure and prescribed an antibiotic! What if I had something else wrong?! Everytime I call to schedule an appt or refill meds, no one answers because the office is closed most week days and often due to staff vacation. What's worse is the voicemail box is always full. In 2 years I was never able to leave a message. Thus, if I really needed anything I had to call numerous times and suffer through the rudeness of the nurse that answers the phone. I cannot express how terrible this office is.

I must say Dr. Agbede is the worse professional I have ever met in my life. She is rude and does not care about her patients. One time I scheduled a OBGYN appointment and after waiting for 1/2 after my appointment and her taking my copay, she told me she was too busy to do it. Her staff turnover rate is unbelievable. Everytime I would go for an appointment (every 3 months) there would be a different person at her desk and every one would complain on how rude she is. If you are looking for a rude doctor that is careless and unprofessional give all your money to Dr. Agbede.
