He put down my reason for the ER visit as "alcohol intoxication" after he told me it was dehydration. My claim is now denied. Being licensed in Hawaii and California, he should know not to do this since they both have "alcohol exclusion" provisions ( I am a California resident that was treated in Hawaii). They say most hospitals in the US don't test or don't put this down because hospitals throughout the country are losing money on non paid bills because they can't afford it and it ends up going into collections and eventually written off.

Yeah he sucks balls. He can't eben treat a simple asthma attack. I've been in the er for two and a half hours.
