Literally I thought the guy was going to assault me and I’m not even sure why . Came for a appt very nervous and he literally started screaming to “GET OUT”!!!! I was scared to death to go past him and asked if I was going to have to call to the police ? Definitely something wrong there .

Horrible experience . Guy had a real attitude made me wonder if he had not got his fix that day . Scared the bejesus out of me with a outburst of temper . People like that should not be in the “dr” field .

Dr. Featherston and his staff are amazing! My kids enjoy going in there as do I. My youngest child had a bad experience before at another office. Dr. Featherstone and his staff has since made it more enjoyable for him at his dental visits.

He had a major anger problem . Would never recommend . Always ask questions with what they are doing . If they can’t handle it it’s a sign to go elsewhere

I had a cracked molar and went to have my first major dental work other than teeth cleaning. Dr. Featherstone not only missed several signs of a serious tooth infection. But his notes are not accurate of any of the incidents that happen. I spent over 3weeks in extrm pain and he never called to see how I was. The pain was so severe over the week end. I called his emergency # and it took over 7 hrs for his secretary to call back with no solution to my pain. Two days later I had to have an emergency root canal because my tooth was SEVERELY infected. I had told him I was in pain and my glands were swollen and I had a fever(That is I told his secretary Stephanie all these symptoms since I never spoke with Dr Feathersone) I am thankful that the temporary crown that the Dr. had made was such a bad color he had to send it back for adjustment. Otherwise If he had put the permanent crown on with an infected tooth I would have lost my tooth.
