My moms’s previous telephone appointment was cancelled, without informing us. We’ve waited for the call only to find out the next day I called the office, that they cancelled it. Now, my mom has an appointment again. Been waiting for an hour. Followed ot up with the staff SOPHIA who was soooo rude and yelling to me while i was talking to her. Very poor client service. Office is closed. No call happened…Waited and wasted my time off for nothing…feel sorry for my mom…

I've been seeing Dr. Singh since my bypass surgery 14 years ago. He's a brilliant scientist and diagnostician, highly respected in his field. Not much bedside manner. In other words, I trust him to provide good care, but I wouldn't want to have a beer with him.

Dr. Singh treated my wife's heart condition, WPW. Our experience was mixed. As a surgeon, he did a good job on the heart. But, after hours of surgery on my wife at Long Beach Memorial, he just disappeared without speaking to me or letting the nursing staff know where he was. Eventually, the nurses connected me on his cell phone as he was driving away. And, as other complications developed from the surgery that were unrelated to the heart, he was very unhelpful. When we tried to explain the post surgical difficulties, he didn't even allow my wife to finish her sentence before he sent her to a nurse to test the heart condition. Once he confirmed the heart was ok, he dismissed us ratherly rudely. Our primary care physician, who is great, summed it up..."Marcus Welby, he is not."
