Very good. Narin listened to every concern and came up with a plan of attack to check all possibilities and come up with a solution best for me and my situation. I appreciate the attention and steps being taken to resolve my issues. She also referred me to another doctor for areas of concern that were outside of the gastro field. Overall satisfying appointment.

Also enjoyed the interaction with the front staff. They were very polite and efficient with my time. Much more approachable then previous staff from past visits.

The Phlebotomist who drew my blood was great. I know I was sitting there getting blood drawn, but I didn’t even notice it happening. It was so fast and a pleasant experience.

The staff that called to follow up on insurance and scheduled procedure after my appointment were very polite, informative with procedure prep and what to expect the day of the procedure.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

i saw Narin for the first time today. I was not disappointed. She had the same quality of care and knowledge that keeps me coming to this facility. I felt like any comments that I made were listened to and all questions answered fully.

The staff is so caring and put any anxiety I felt at ease, Everyone was positive, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Taormina bedside manners and compassion can’t be matched he is simply the best!

Great Staff From check in at the front desk to all the nurses, the anesthetist and of course , Dr. Mark Taormina. EVERYONE was friendly and professional. I would recommend.

From the front desk thru recovery, the people were all friendly and helpful. Everyone thoroughly explained what they were going to do. A pleasant experience for my colonoscopy.
