When I was placed in the care of Canyon Ridge Hospital where I was given (Seroquel and Remeron) under a flimsy and bogus assumption by a pill pushing charlatan Deshmuhk, I will give this person the respectful title of doctor. I was not told anything before such as (the effects, the side effects, the dosage, the ingredients, if these two dangerous (drugs) were habit-forming, how would they affect me with my other meds and what was a valid reason for giving me the mind and body altering drugs,) I was given these two mind and body altering drugs, neither was my family told, neither was my doctor contact before I was given these mind and body altering and very dangerous narcotics! Did anyone from Canyon Ridge especially Deshmuhk carefully look over my medical records to see if my body chemistry would be severely and dangerously be affected by (Seroquel and Remeron?) As I stated clearly and unequivocally my formal complaint against Canyon Ridge, each time I made a complaint or I asked a reasonable question about anything (like unsanitary conditions,) I was labeled as a troublemaker and classified in despicable terms! I had no choice I was forced to take these two mind and body altering and dangerous narcotics! Deshmuhk did not know my life history or given any thought to my other medications! Deshmuhk also failed to take into account that I had some serious physical problems such as thyroid, kidney and the dire affects my entire life both physically and mentally! Deshmuhk and Canyon Ridge should have known every facet of my medical history and the damage these two dangerous drugs could do to me! Let me add when I first arrived at this hospital for seven days I was not given proper medications for thyroid, blood pressure, preventative for strokes and other meds. I asked and pleaded for my prescribed medications many times but since I was a patient I was discredited and my desperate pleas for help went unanswered. This goes to show how insensitive the employees are and how incompetent and inept the management is. For me not taking the right medications puts my life at risk and then they proceeded without giving me any notice to give me two unprescribed narcotics (Seroquel and Remeron!) I did ask Deshmuhk several times about these two narcotics but he never gave me a clear and reasonable answer, he just grew more agitated at me and told me when to leave the room in a very hostile voice! I must ask the same question as I did in my formal complaint, how could Deshmuhk make a critical analysis of me without going over very carefully my medical history, my life history and without bothering to talk to me? In about three minutes Deshmuhk made an irrational and irresponsible diagnosis! I have a few reasonable questions, why was I labeled in very negative terms each time I made a complaint or when I asked a question? It was at my hearing is when I heard such unsubstantiated and unwarranted characterizations which I could not believe it, in which I had no defense! Was it these unlawful and unwarranted characterizations, I was given these two harmful drugs? (These were unlawful characterizations which are a defamation of my character!) Why wasn’t I given a written and signed and a clear explanation of the affects of these two unpredictable and risky narcotics before they were given to me? Why wasn’t my doctor notified in a written statement before I was given these two unsafe drugs? What two doctors or doctor gave their consent in allowing these dangerous drugs?
