I was referred to Dr. Staples by a friend. Although I live in Nashville, my work office was in Memphis. I contacted the office and went for my initial consultation. They took x-rays and I talked Dr. Staples about my treatment plan. He was extremely thorough in his explanation, and we agreed upon a plan of treatment. The office contacted my insurance provider to ensure the recommended treatment would be covered. We scheduled a date based on my work schedule. Because I live in Nashville, Dr. Staples and his office staff were very considerate about scheduling my procedure.

A few days before my procedure, the office called to confirm my appointment and went over what was going to happen on the day of the procedure. I arrived and within a few minutes was taken back for my procedural prep. They confirmed that I had someone to drive me home and proceeded with prep. After prep, Dr. Staples came in and asked if I had any questions or concerns before he began.

What seemed like only a few minutes because I was sleep, I was in recovery. Dr. Staples, another office doctor, and the staff checked on me several times while I was recovering.

I was given my prescriptions and instructions escorted to my ride. After getting prescriptions filled, I went to my parent's home and recovered the remainder of the day. My procedure consisted of two implants and one extraction. I NEVER had ANY pain or discomfort. While at my parents, Dr. Staples personally called me to ensure my recovery was going well.

I would very highly recommend Dr. Staples for any oral procedure. I'm waiting for 2019 to arrive so I can schedule my next and final procedure.
