He could probably do better than he does and is lacking & I don't recommend

Stay away from this clinic. He got a nurse into the room, explained to her how is office work. Was not giving me time, showed arrogant attitude. I will never visit his office again.

Dr Pegouske is the best, he diagnosed my problem immediately. I had been to other Dermotologist with no results, within a few weeks I was as good as new. You may have to wait a while in his office but it is better than waiting weeks to get an appointment with other Dermotologist.

This doctor relies on his assistants and does not spend time with his patients. During my 2 visits he spend only about 10 minutes with me and left all else to his assistants. His office is like an assembly line.

I have much experience with dermatologists thanks to genetics and sun. Every time at Livonia Dermatology you see a qualified actual nurse, and every time you see a doctor at each appointment. It can be a busy practice, but I appreciate the quality they provide, and skills and care. Some other practices you see a clerk, and maybe a Physician's assistance and not a doctor. This is a quality practice with up to date methods and scheduling. The prices they charge are in line with standard practice. The facilities are new, sparkling clean and comfortable. He and his wife, Dr. Moossavi are both skilled practitioners, with a skilled nursing staff, and well trained other support staff. Some procedures the nurse performs and some the doctor performs. Livonia Dermatology is a great choice.

Dr spends go time with patients. Procedure was 100% failure he charges way too much. Long wait times after scheduled appointment time. Avoid this guy

My son was a pt there in 2005. Then dr P was very helpful and made us feel like he was the only pt. Now he's very rushed sometimes he has 6 appts scheduled in one fifteen minute time slot. I think the problem is they have a new policy that they will you see you the same day no matter what. That's nice in a dream world but unrealistic. They should reserve that for emergencies and see pts with in a week. He's a very knowledgeable dr but he has nurses now that do a lot of the procedures. I guess he's too busy to treat his pts himself. It's become an assembly line at Livonia Dermatogy.
