I came here , the staff is extremely rude. The office manager Susan is really nasty and they're all rude the doctor on the other hand is great. The office manager is his wife stay clear of her I wish I would've known this before I came here. I came in and 2 people walked in after me and she put them before me because I did not have a copy of my insurance card and she did not want to take a copy of it, very unprofessional.

The previous rater is right Dr. Klein is only about the "CASH", that he can squeeze from each patient. Don't let him "Con" you he allowed me to go untreated because I was to sick to stay for some BS 5 minute Nebulizer treatment that he was probably raping the insurance company over. He refused to fill a prescription and neglected treatment to a patient. I am currently in the process of reporting him to the Office of Professional Misconduct for NY State. All he cared about was how he can make another "Buck" on Bogus throat cultures, spirometer tests or chest X-rays that came after a full week of having the flu .Yet Dr. Klein needed to squeeze yet another buck out of a 5 minute test and when he didn't get that buck, ultimately refusing all treatment.. "Do not Walk"... Run to a real Doctor who cares about his patients.. Stay clear of Dr. Klein & Health Med Plus.. He is the Worst Doctor ever...D

He may or may not be a good doctor but if you need a prescription filled he always wants you to be seen...even if you had been there a couple of months before. I really think it's all about the money.

I & my family have used Dr. Klein for many years (since the 1980's). I believe he is an outstanding Doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Klein and his staff are very knowledgable and I always feel confident in the care and diagnsis given. I disagree with the first post below. Dr. Klein has a partner, not a fill in, Dr. Pani and she is a lovely, caring knowledgable physician and I feel just as confident with her as I do with Dr. Klein. My family will continue to go to this practice as long as they remain open.

I disagree with the comment about Dr. Klein's "standins". I forget the woman's name but there is an Indian physician who is [IMO] excellent. Also, Dr. Klein has my respect and confidence. He's a nice guy and very competent and experienced. I've been seeing him for close to 20 years.

He actually called me a week after I went in to see if I was feeling better! Not many doctors do that.

Instead of leaving with a lollipop, you always leave with a prescription. He must get great dinners and other gifts from the drug companies! Be careful if Dr. Klein is not in - his stand-ins are rude, forgetful and quick to get rid of you. The great part about this practice is there's no appointments and the hours are great. Just remember though...you'll ALWAYS leave with some sort of prescription. Oh I forgot - he gives pointless tests in return for more money from your insurance company. Several bad experiences.
