Absolutely loved my dental visit with Dr. Yi and her staff. Everyone was helpful, punctual and friendly. Dr. Yi is kind and gentle. I would definitely recommend her.

This is the best Dentist in have been to in years. Most dentist I have been to in the past 10 years were all about money. Some even refused to give me a simple cleaning, they said I needed a deep cleaning. I found Dr. Yi on zocdoc and she was wonderful. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and never tried to upsell anything to me! I will continue to come here.

Dr. Yi is one of the BEST dentists I've seen. She does a complete and thorough evaluation and does not push unnecessary procedures on you. We definitely plan on staying with her as our family dentist.

I was able to make a last-minute SATURDAY appointment (yes, Saturday appointment!) while visiting home from out of state for the holidays. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly, catering to my urgent dental need. I left the office knowing exactly why the pain was caused, and what I could do to avoid/prevent future recurrences. They also explained the invoice in full detail and made me feel at ease about all the charges incurred (which were all very reasonable especially under my dental insurance coverage).

Dr. Yi did an excellent job and when her office became busy she took the initiative to step up and help. I have been to many dentists through the years and I have never seen any offices run so efficiently and with such teamwork. Dr. Yi performed my cleaning to ensure that I did not have to wait since her Hygienist was busy with another patient. I really appreciated her care and will definitely return to Dr. Yi any time I have dental care needs.

I made an appointment for Sat so that I wouldn't have to miss work. The staff on the phone told me that there is no appointment under my name when I drove all the way from Chamblee to Suwanee with another person in case I would be too much in pain after root canal. This place wasted our valuable time on a saturday morning and instead of admitting to their mistake of accidentally leaving me out of their appointment calendar,trying to accommodate me by at least inviting me into the office,the office staff rudely tells me to come back on Monday over the phone. Even if dentist has good reviews, if untrained office staff wastes people's valuable times by "forgetting" to enter their appointment into the system, dentist is losing business. For the staff to treat me like I was crazy for stating that I had an appointment with them. This appointment was in fact in 3 different calendars of mine....and I'm in a profession where things on my calendar are my life.

My family has utilized Katherine's services from virtually the opening of her office in Suwanee. We have found her service and care to be exceptional. Our waiting time in her office is always minimal and she is never in a hurry to finish a cleaning or any aspect of care. I HIGHLY recommend her office to everyone. Her office always gives us a heads up a few weeks out in case we have forgotten or need to change our appointment time.
