Dr. Kelly is always on time for the appointment. He listens and shows concern for the patient. My husband also has VA benefits - so Dr. Kelly makes sure what he prescribes are meds that can be ordered through the VA (which saves us a ton of $$$). We has also treated my husband in the hospital. We both feel Dr. Kelly is an excellent Doctor.

This doctor and his collection agent are both very rude, inconsiderate, and verbally abusive. Not to mention that he falsified my information; example- do you work out? I said yes, I do calisthenics and wieght lifting. I don't run or jog. So he put that I do not exercise. He tried to verify and set appointments with my employer office, twice! He does not listen or adhere. I refuse to pay him or ever go back and I would suggest not ever using him.

You'll never see a more punctual doctor in your life. If you arrive early, you'll probably be seen early. He's a no-nonsense doctor who gets to the point and then to the next patient. If you want a shoulder to cry on, he's not your man, and he's not real sympathetic with patients that have lifestyle issues (if you're sedentary, overweight, and a smoker you're not going to be coddled by this guy - and you shouldn't be). If you’re serious about your health and like a doctors who runs a tight ship, then go to Dr. Kelly.

I agree. He is rude, arrogant, and doesn't appear to be very caring. For the same amount of money and a higher quality of care, I'm willing to go to a St. Vs Pulmonary Dr. to be cared for and treated like a human being. He's not a doctor that I am comfortable with to recommend to friends or family.

I was in the hospital suffering from a pulmonary embolism, when I first met this doctor. He woke me up at 4am and began pumping questions at me about my condition. He becaame very abuseive and arrogant when I couldn't respond quickly. He has no compasion for the patient and lacks understanding for what the patient is feeling. Avoid this man at all costs!

#1 - needed refills on my seasonal allergy medication (nasacort), couldn't get a prescription because I missed one of the required blood work tests every 6 months. Needed to reschedule in 1.5weeks. Insurance was maxed, couldn't afford $150 office, $225 blood work for a $15 prescription.

#2 - needed a physical before an eye surgery, got me in the next day and gave me a physical. I said thank you, he said you're welcome. 2 weeks later a bill for $450. Than visit unbeknownst to me was considered a rush and payed out of pocket

#3 - I have a severe neck sprain that has symptom upon symptom piling up... Neck stiffness, fever @100.6, headache, and nausea. Enough concern for an office visit. I called this morning and was told that in order to squeeze me in, I would have had to have seen him sometime within the last year. I told her my last visit was 12.07 and it's now 1.09. Only 13months can't she be flexible? Nope!

I cannot recommend Dr. Brian Kelly to anyone.

He is the most arrogant rude unfeeling doctor I have ever been to. I was treated very badly and felt like I was taking up his precious time. I have heard from others he was the same way. my father inlaw would not let us call him when he was on his death bed...figure that one out. I heard from a friend who changed doc that he overmedicated according to the other doc and could have caused serious reprocussions had she kept using them. anyway find someone else he's a real jerk and does not have your best interest.

As a nurse this physician is incompetent, arrogant, has complete disregard for the patient, and is very disrespectful to nursing staff. This physician should NOT be practicing medicine.
