This doctor is cruel. He will try to upsell you procedure you don't need, even at the cost of your teeth. He actually wanted to remove my tooth off what resulted to be a cyst. Worst place I've ever been to. I also left an anonymous review and get a call from them saying "we know it was you and took the liberty in cancelling your appointment". Unprofessional to an unfathomable level

I'm baffled by the negative comments noted here. I was recommended to Dr. Lac by a close friend who gave him the highest recommendation, and he, his family and my wife & I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Dr. Lac. He is the best dentist I've ever had (I'm 51) and is extremely competent, personable and generous with his time. He's helped my wife with consultations regarding implant complications, and he's always been very patient and taken the time to answer my questions in detail. He saved a tooth of mine that was pretty far gone, and all the patients in his waiting room always tell me how pleased they are with his knowledge, skill and demeanor. Dr. Eric Lac and his staff are great!!! I chose to move dentists about three years ago and after a very long tenure with my previous dentist, which is difficult to say the least. Dr. Lac has been my dentist since then and has done a stellar job with my dental care.

I absolutely DISAGREE with the previous ratings! Dr. Eric Lac and the staff at SmileCity Henderson have always been fantastic since I started going there over a year ago. I have an intense phobia of dentists and the entire dental experience, but everyone in the office, especially Dr. Lac, did everything possible to make my experience more pleasant and less traumatic. SmileCity Henderson is in the top 3 of the best dentist offices I've ever been to! I had to have an extraction done last year and it was the easiest extraction I've ever had. Then this year, Dr. Lac did two root canal/crowns and four dental implants - Dr. Lac spent $1000 on a new set of implements to keep from having to do a second surgery on me. I've just finished the crowns on the implants and my smile has never looked better. Dr. Eric Lac is awesome and he literally made me smile! I give him and his staff a 5 star endorsement :)

Dr. Lac is a young dentist with really no experience, all answers to my questions were generic by the book answers with no real explanations. The previous comment nailed him 100% you are lucky if he stays to talk to you for longer than a minute. Kept pushing to pull my wisdom teeth which are out completely, not impacted, with no cavities. Just fed me some BS of how they will give me problems in 30yrs. My father was also with me for an appointment dr lac had no patience and was visibly irritated when my father would gag while trying to get fitted for dentures. He refused to continue on my father's dentures and left him halfway in the process and we had to go to a dentist office for my father's dentures. he's that heartless...left a 72 yr. old man with no teeth for longer than he had to just because he did not have the patience. Just an overall horrible dentist and person as a whole. His staff on the other hand are great! Friendly and caring.

I went to this dentist as a referral from my insurance. The staff was friendly enough and the clinic was clean and looks modern. Dr. Lac walks in and barely manages a "hello" and does a quick look at my teeth. He then says his recommendations will we be written up and walks out without asking if I had any questions. The assistant comes back with several thousand dollars list of recommendations with no dentist in sight to explain why I need the treatment. Seems to me the dentist was more interested in taking my money away. The clinic is called "Smile City" because they would be smiling once you give up you're hard earned cash. I regret going to this dentist and paying the $45 co pay. Dr. Lac did not want to do a cleaning with no explanation from him although I did ask the assistant why. I highly recommend going to a different dentist.
