This Dr. is VERY RUDE PLEASE AVOID. I ACCOMPANIED MY CLIENT TO HER SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT AND AFTER WAITING FOR SEVERAL MINUTES MY CLIENT BECAME ANXIOUS AND DECIDED TO RESCHEDULE. Upon leaving we were greeted by Dr. Norma Murdoch who informed my client if she leaves she can find another therapist because she could have scheduled 15 other people in her place. All this DR thinks about is the MONEY and not actually helping people.

Dr. Murdoch-Kitt is more concerned about getting paid than helping patients. She hangs up on patients. Doesn't provide patients with appointment cards or reminder calls. I believe this behavior is designed to minimize her work and maximize her profit. Avoid this doctor at all cost.
