Called to cancel an appointment. the office was not open at 1:30 in the afternoon and the msg on the phone acted like an answering machine...it was an out going msg only. their office called the day of my appointment and wanted to know why I wasn't there. I explained I left a msg and the receptionist rudely said it was an out going msg only. Then she asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no and she said ...fine, thanks goodby...in just those words and with a rude tone. Really..can anyone these days afford to loose income...they seem to think so. Problem is I like the rest of the staff. Too bad the receptionist is so rude.
