good lord, who is that dreadful woman who answers the phone? that woman is so unbelievable rude and unprofessional. she is honestly the rudest health care 'professional' i have ever encountered. added to that, she has a screaming inferiority complex: she condescendingly misadvises patients as though she has any significant medical credentials, authority, or level of knowledge beyond that which a reasonably intelligent layperson who's read up on their condition would have. honestly, unless dr williams is a miracle worker, you are much better off not dealing with a physician who closely associates with someone like that. you don't need that nonsense when you're already ill.
