Staff is very friendly and office environment is clean and nice. However, Dr. Ward has no compassion for people and lacks bedside manner. He uses medical terms not familiar to the average person and is very brash in explanation. He did not give good quality care and dismissed my symptoms. I sought a 2nd opinion by another MD. Dr. Ward set my treatment back by 2 weeks because he did not prescribe the right medications according to 2nd doctor. I missed 3 weeks of work and was written out of work by 2 different doctors. Dr. Ward thought I should "deal with it" and return to work immediately. I would not recommend this doctor. There are better ones out there!
