I also have been going to Dr. Swain and his father for a very long time. I have never found a dentist who was so personable and HONEST. It is a rare occurrence in today's world to find people who are honest and sincere. I have referred many people to this practice and they all love him. I do agree that if you do not have insurance then the office should provide a discount. They do, however have payment plans. The front staff is also very friendly and cordial and the dental assistants are also wonderful. There is nothing negative about this office.
