The doctor is a jerk and even started an argument in front of me with his staff who were more helpful to me than he was. He refused to answer any of my questions, saw me for a total one minute, did not even do what I came in for, and yelled at me for having my phone out, then further scolded me when I went to put in my pocket (apparently, in your bag five feet away from you is the only acceptable place for your phone; mind you I wasn't even using my phone in the first place). He also seemed very judgmental and unresponsive which made me uncomfortable. I don't expect to be 'babied' as the previous rating says. But I do expect to feel comfortable and actually receive the services that I paid for. That being said, his staff are great and I hope they get a lot of vacation time away from him.

dr mikel is a busy man and has a business to run and has over 100 pts a day and nobody is special. we dont cater to are patients we have a job to do we can baby you

Quick but not convinced that they are truly good providers to the public. Office wasn't the cleanest and staff is very inpersonable. I will not return to the office and will let family and friends know they are not very helpful. I had heard it was a terrible place from others and found out on my own. Find somewhere else to go. I felt that I was in a cheap clinic with unprofessional health attendants, because I wasn't helped by a Dr. but P.A.. I can self diagnos and go there and they would agree and probably give a prescription.

For a walk-in clinic with no appointments necessary I found this facility to be completely adequate for the diagnosis and treatment of general illness like conjestions. Office staff quickly processes insurance checks, waiting time without appointments is amazingly short even with a full waiting room, nursing staff is personable, and Dr. Mike has a low-key no-nonsense demeanor giving accurate diagnosis and care. Plus, approval of refill prescriptions is instantaneous and hassel-free. What a welcome change from being subjected to our insurance's assigned primary care physician's office or an urgent care facility scene! We are a family with health insurance with an assigned doctor, but we are permitted to visit other facilities should his office deny an open appt or they are closed (and, we all know how common that is!), so we have found that Dr. Mike's Clinic better meets our needs and we wait until after hours to see him instead. Thank you, Dr. Mike, for bringing back an easy way to see a doctor and doing it so grandly.
