He has NO personality or "bedside" manner. Very rude and incompetent.

Had my first visit with Dr Chapman a couple days ago. Loved him and his staff. I was a nervous wreck and they were all sweet. Have several problems with my feet but he explained them all and how we can fix them. Made me feel comfortable and asked me before he left if I had any questions we didn't cover. Great experience.

I went here for surgery for hammertoes. AWFUL. He is rude. He is unprofessional and as soon as he took the pins out of one toe, it bled and by that night, my toe was overlapping the other next to it, and has continually gotten worse until the joint is shifted way to the side. Looks and feels terrible. Never again.

Rude staff...and whoever the older lady is that walks around with a scowl on her face, needs to be out of sight or replaced. The rooms have foot shavings in the seats..that is what the dust is. right? Does anyone wear gloves?
