Took 3 months to get the billing correct. The office originally billed my son for 2 office visits on the same day. One as medical and one as routine explained this to the office 6 times spoke to the doctor and the office manager. Finally had to call the insurance carrier to have them call and tell them the exact same thing. Once this was explained by the insurance the claim was changed to the medical code as they get paid more for that and it is not covered by the carrier at 100%. Nice way to treat previously long standing patients with your practice.
