Keep looking! What a horrible customer service experience. Went to all the trouble to find this doctor, got a blood test, had my records sent over (which they lost) had to pay $ to send them again, then I got rescheduled, the receptionist was very rude. Finally the day before my appointment She calls to say he wont accept my insurance. Seriously? Unbelievable..

I found Dr. Nurnberger through searching doctor rating websites, and fortunately the good ratings were accurate. He has been friendly and helpful every time I've contacted him, including answering questions through the online portal. The staff at Charles River has been excellent and professional, and appointments are easy to schedule. The billing office was similarly cooperative when I had an issue with my insurance company. I highly recommend Dr. Nurnberger and Charles River.

Dr. Nurnberger has been my doctor for over 15 years. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He has a superb bedside manner and is a genuinely nice person. In my opinion you could not find a better doctor than Dr. Nurnberger. If I could give him ten stars I would.

The best MD in terms of follow up I have ever had - he even contacts me regarding lab tests he received as courtesy copies from other MDs.
