Does not return phone calls even in an emergency situation (allergic reaction to prescribed antibiotic). I had no idea what to do and had to call a friend of a friend who is a nurse.

Dr. Mendoza can be helpful and caring but was also somewhat pushy and judgmental when it came to a medication I was hesitant to try. Does not return phone calls. This may be more the office staff's fault as they are very rude and difficult to deal with.
