I have spent 6 months trying to get the orthotics that he said I needed. On the 3rd try, he assured me that they were correct and from their new lab. Both statements were lies. Now I have wasted half a year and money. They will refund my insurance company but not me. I guess lying and taking money from your patients is ok to them.
I'm so very disappointed in this entire thing. How can a Dr. tell you that something is correct when they had to know it's not, then lie about it coming from a new lab to sell the first lie.

I've seen Dr Seiden since 2018 and he is the best foot doctor that I have complete trust in. His knowledge and skill in medical issues with your feet and his surgery skills are very exceptional. He is very direct and to the point and will tell you just how it is. He won't sugar coat any diagnosis and I really like that trait. I would recommend him to anyone needing their feet looked at or worked on and he will get your feet straightened out.

I found what looked like a puncture wound on my foot, and went to urgent care twice. Both docs said that foot wounds healed slow, and gave me antibiotics. My own GP looked at it, said it was a diabetic ulcer, and recommended a wound care clinic. I had been to Dr. Seiden at the Foot Doctors for help with other issues before, and had him look at it. He looked at it, had his partner look at it, and then said, "The good news is, you don't need wound care. The bad news is, we need to biopsy this." He recognized melanoma - on my *heel* - when no one else did. He biopsied it, and got me referred to an excellent oncology group, where I ended up having a nearly-four-inch circle cut out of my heel to remove all the melanoma there. Thankfully, it had not yet spread to my lymph nodes, or it would have been a mess! When my plastic surgeon did not respond aggressively on my wound care, Dr. Seiden took back control of my wound treatment. He was open and honest about the risks, but said to me (repeatedly) "This is going to take a long time to heal, but if you do what I tell you, it *will* heal." He was absolutely right - but if he hadn't recognized what the real problem was, I could very well have been forced into amputation, a year of chemotherapy, or worse. He quite literally saved my foot AND my life. I'd absolutely recommend Foot Doctors and Dr. Seiden to anyone!

Nothing but excellent care. Experienced plantars fasciitis pain for over 2 years. Dr. Seiden took me in his care and I'm now pain free.

My Dad went to this Dr 1st time he went in, he went to check in and the receptionist was super rude. I was with him and I made the appointment for him and they didn't even have him as scheduled. I feel that they aren't very organized and I don't want to send my Dad to someone who can't even pit him on the schedule when I called and made the appointment. So we just walked out and I told them he won't be back. Rude, very unorganized and I'm not wasting my Dads time.

I started seeing Dr. Seiden because I’m a diabetic and as such, my feet have a lot of issues. Recently, I saw him for a blister that covered the entire bottom of my big toe. I developed cellulitis and ended up in the hospital. This was through no fault of him; again I’m diabetic so anything to do with my feet is going to be problematic. He saved my toe! His expertise put me in a bumper boot and while it was somewhat miserable, I still have my toe. I know a number of diabetics who were in similar situations and had to have their toes amputated.

He’s very efficient and his staff has always been amazing to me. I can’t recommend or thank him enough.

Dr Seiden performed surgery to remove bones spurs in top of my foot and that pain is now gone, I could not be happier. I have arthritis in my feet, so that pain will always be there, but with bone spurs gone I can go and do the things I want to do on a daily basis.

I must have seen his evil twin, because the Dr I saw certainly didn’t rate 5 stars! He was rude, abrasive, barely examined my foot, and actually made me worse with his I’ll fitting orthotic. Also wasn’t impressed with the staff who acted like they didn’t want to be there.

Great experience! I would highly recommend. Staff is helpful and efficient. I never had to wait to get in for my appointment. Dr Seiden took care of my issue completely.
