I was a patient for years & had no problems with Dr Najjar, BUT the Dr. He has working for him now is who I am reviewing. He hurt me during a routine chiropractic adjustment to the point of neck sprain! It took many visits to another chiropractor to put me out of the pain I was in from his adjustment. When I called the office back both Dr Najjar & office manager were out of town & the woman behind the desk screamed at me & went ballistic both her & new chiropractor could have cared less that I was in extreme pain. When I asked for the name of who the other chiropractor (besides) the one who hurt me that had adjusted me last time while dr najjar was unable to I was denied and also she threatened me to not get my medical records anytime soon (althouh i did get them in a timely manner after my new dr requested them) it was a traumatiing experience, i could not believe I could be treated that way after many years, even after I brought this matter to Dr najjars attention when he returned from vacation he did not care to hear about it, and stood behind his staff, so after many years I was out of there. He was fine & I trusted the dr he had in there, but in hindsight I learned to not let anyone adjust me especially the neck without knowing who they are & feeling comfortable with them. I am so happy that I left that office & it was the worsed experience I ever had with a medical provider it left me traumatized, & dr. Najjar dismissed my complaints & was not interested in listening to details of the verbal abuse I experienced while he was away. I still have kept detailed documentation & record of the office experience since I fear I could need it again because of the gravity of that womans anger toward me.

Dr. Mark Najjar is a very caring and knoeledgeable chiropractor. He is very honest and will tell you if he can or cannot help you or refer you to another specialis.
