My husband and I have been with Dr. Morrison since 2005. She is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and takes her time to explain your health situation, potential solutions, follow up, etc. She has never disappointed and even for me into her schedule for a procedure right before New Year’s. Thank you, Dr. Morrison!

Dr. Morrison and staff are wonderful, they took time to listen to EVERY question that I had, did not rush me one bit. They made me feel like a human being and that they really cared about everything that was going on with me. Dr. Morrison explained everything she would be doing in detail, and discussed her findings with me after the procedure. What a great lady!

Dr Morrison and staff were very professional. The staff that prepared me for my procedure were friendly and explained everything. Afterwards, she discussed her finding with my husband I privately. The findings did not look good, her staff got me scheduled immediately and her nurse took my calls several times. This was all during December, even though it was Christmas time they managed to get me in with a surgeon who then got me to an oncologist and we had a plan by the end of the month. I will be following up with Dr Morrison.

When she did my colonoscopy, she came into the room and didn't say a word to me. I wasn't asleep yet and I could see her in a reflection, but she didn't give me the time of day. I woke up during the colonoscopy too, but that part doesn't bother me. I had horrible symptoms that she was never able to get under control the whole time I was going to her. She referred me to another physician for a test, but then tried to argue with him about his findings. I was calling her office several times a week because of worsening symptoms, but she'd just have her nurse call me back saying it was fine/normal/etc. Then I ended up in the hospital for nearly 2 weeks and had to be put on really strong antibiotics to get rid of a severe bacterial infection. Needless to say I'm seeing a different physician that was able to give me some actual relief.

Endoscopic and colonoscopy. Was asleep for all of it. No pain. Easy wake up. Discussion behind closed doors. She went out of her way to accommodate our difficult schedule. Very professional.

1) Absolutely no privacy for insurance discussions. Patients are called into small rooms immediately off of the waiting area with doors open to discuss their upcoming procedures and financial arrangements to be made. 2) I was awake throughout the entire procedure; doctor and nurse discussed their vacation plans while assuring me that I was actually asleep....but I was NOT!!! They were very dismissive about it. On the other hand, it was pretty cool to see the inside of my colon. It was very pink and almost iridescent with bubbles everywhere.

Dr Morrison is very good in dealing with GI problems. However, I was awake during my colonoscopy which was extremely painful especially when she pumped air into my colon trying to get to the upper intestine. The problem is although I was crying from the pain she acted like she didn't believe me. She finally had the nurse give me a little more demerol but I still was in extreme pain which lasted well after the procedure. I've had this procedure before, but never encountered this problem. It also been difficult getting her to discuss test results, usually the nurse just calls with the bad news and leaves it at that.

THis Dr. was the worst I have been too. I felt violated when I left. I have severe back problems. I told them to put me to sleep B/C first visit they didn't. They still didn't! They coulds not get the scope all the way up. Her nurse got on top of me on the table and pushed HARD. They had me turn over different ways and this was hurting my back and all over something terrible. They had me go to another place and have a barrium enema. This hurt so bad I could harldy walk out of there. I felt like I had been raped in the rectum. IT WAS AWFUL!!!!!!!! I have had 3 children and never felt this much pain and soreness. I was sore and had to miss work. I was also bleeding from the rectum. I am now scared to have another colonoscopy. AM looking for a new dr. of course!
