I have gone to this doctor since I was born and am now 22. She is wonderful in every sense.

I took my 2 year old son to the AnezBitar office due to a very high fever he was having consistently for days. Dr. Anez was not in the office yet, but she asked the nurse to proceed with a catheter to draw his urine without even EXAMINING him. The nurse poked my son twice in the penis and injured him to the point that he could not pee anymore. When we came back into the office the same day, Dr. Anez finally came to check on my son. She started by defending her call to put a catheter on my son, denied that he was injured, briefly looked at him and then sent me off with the comment to draw his urine with the a help of a plastic bag they put on his penis again. My son was in agony, pain, and could not pee. I called the office again and requested to talk to Dr. Anez, but they said she had already left the office. I left my phone number for her to call me back, but she did not. In the end, I had to take my son to the hospital emergency room. There, a urologist confirmed the injury and emptied my son's bladder.
