I only got to see the actual doctor once. I was usually directed to the Nurse Practitioner. The Dr. was critical, blaming, and particularly snippy with me. My request for transfer of my medical records never happened.

I Love the new remodel. She is willing to go the extra mile to help patients. I wish I could get in to see her sooner, but she spends the extra time to make up for that.

The office is dirty, dimly lit, and depressing. It does not smell clean. The doctor does not present herself as concerned nor empathetic to patients. Instead she treats patients as not too intelligent children. After getting another doctor and requesting my medical records be sent to new doctor, it never happened. I called and requested to pick up records to take to my new doctor. They are still not ready after 1 year.
