Dr. Mason is all about educating his patients and preventing illness.

One word for Dr. Mason: Excellent! I believe that the other person's comment regarding occasional tardiness and being late to answer calls is related to the fact that Dr. Mason spends as much time as possible with his patients. I prefer spending time with my doctor and am willing to "suffer" a little delay.

Dr Mason was caring and understanding, he spent time listening and took care of my problems. I have been to many other doctors both at Kaiser and with other health plans and he shines above them. The only problem is that he is frequently late and he isnt as good at answering phone messages as I would have liked.
