After two weeks of headaches, 4 days of high fevers, two visits and one phone call to Children’s Medical Center (specifically Dr. Bass) and them doing NOTHING, I finally decided to take My son to MD360, where he was given an antibiotic and cough medicine for a sinus infection. CMC wanted to charge $50 to transfer my kids medical records to me! Parents of young children...if you want them treated when they are sick avoid Dr. Bass. This is not the first time he has dismissed my child’s problems. Rude office staff and office manager.
