Girl at front window plain rude no customer services skill..his assistant she is nice but doesn't return patient's call wait a week finally had to walk into office ...now about Dr. Rothstein I request a temporary handicapped sticker for my pain to walk His staff said he only give to patients who really need it That I Was Very Luck to get one!! My heel pain is so bad that I can't even walk or stand..

I came to see Dr. Rothstein because I'm a runner and have been experiencing foot pain lately, he did a full examination of my feet and explain to me the cause of my foot pain, suggested to have custom made inserts for my feet to give me the support I need to relieve the pain, I return in a week and was surprise that the Dr. was the one casting me for my inserts, he took molds of my feet with some measurements and sent them to a lab, I have now been wearing the inserts for a month and im absolutely

Best Podiatrist you can ever go to, I drive over an hour to go see him, totally worth it

Went in with an infection between toes. Dr. told me to where a toe bandage and dismissed me. Went to my primary care doc and was told it was a bad infection. Referred to another podiatrist who cleared up a terrible infection. Don't bother with this guy.

Don't waste your time with this arrogant and rude Dr.I have lots of pain in feet and and came to him for help.He wanted to give me cortizone shots.I asked what else is there he said he could request orthotics. But I was denied because medicare won't cover unless you have diabetics. I asked him didn't he know this,as I have HMO medicare Ins. He got angry and said, I am a Doctor and don't handle this area,to ask his staff!!!! Then I asked him where we go next he was very rude and very short with me. And said what can I do for you?? I was soo stunded that I had to remind him I want to get rid of pain,will never go to him again. He needs to improve on his bed side manner,and be nice to insure I get better. or is it because I am a medicare HMO patient?? I said I want to try therophy for my feet. He did handle this for me with his staff & just walked out.Don't bother with "Dr.Rudestien" I think he only wants to make money not help people in pain.!! I thanked him for the diagnosis and left.
