I have a new insurance and decided to try Dr. Gordon. I was happy with my current prescription with the exception that the lenses would tear frequently. The first prescription I received from him was not comfortable for me to see close up. I work many hours at the computer and reviewing work. He wanted me to wear reading glasses. I was even unable to see the price tags in the grocery store. Horrible feeling. I went back to see him and he was rude with his comments and showed complete lack of service skills. He gave me another prescription of which I will have to survive with since the insurance only allows a visit a year. I do not recommend anyone seeing this Dr. who doesn't have any regard for a customer's needs especially for vision. Horrible service.

I have lived in Santa Fe for three years, the first eye doctor I visited retired during year two. I sought out a different eye doctor and found Dr. Gordon at the walmart supercenter. He gave me two wrong perscriptions, and instead of taking responsibility he blamed the lens makers (who are fine) and myself. Completley disregarding any request for me to be re-checked. This Dr. cost me a lot of money and a lot of time, as I had to foot the bill for his visit, the wrong perscriptions and ultimately a different Dr. I would not recommend, and there are other options in Santa Fe at around the same price that are vastly better.
