First visit with Christie was awesome, but subsequent visit was an absolute nightmare.
I was told to arrive early for my appointment for a routine physical, and to ensure I fasted prior to my appointment. My appointment was for 12:00. I arrived at 11:30. At 13:20, I informed the receptionist I was leaving, as I had been waiting for well over an hour. She asked me to wait, and even told me I "could time it, one more minute," and Christie would be there. I waited 5. I proceeded to the receptionists' desk and said I was leaving. An hour and a half past an "appointment" is absurd.
I'd bet if I had been late, my appointment would have been cancelled and I would have been charged a cancellation fee. It may have been a scheduling conflict, but lack of communication and disregard for my time is inexcusable. I'm glad my appointment was only for a physical and I was only made to wait on an empty stomach. If I had been ill or there for anything other than a routine procedure, much more than discomfort could have been the result.

Christie was very knowledgable and actually listen to my issues. She also askedabout all my prior issues. No one has done that for me

excellent provider, really listened to all i had to say and included me in on the plan. She is very intelligent too! Highly recommended.
