Dr Jones has improved my quality of life. Dr Jones has reduced my every day debilitating nerve pain through radio frequency. The procedure has been a life changer. I have improved neck mobility, the ability to take a deep breath without wincing from rib cage pain. Left & Right sciatic nerve pain- GONE! Numb & painful arms, hands, & ulnar nerve pain, all managed through nerve burning (radio frequency). Everyone in this office cares about helping patients.

Dr Jeff Jones helped to save my life. Learn how to manage and control my pain. I can not Thank him enough for such individual attention and CARING. The Staff, Nurses, everyone was fantastic. Dr. Jones helped me to continue my life happy with my wife and children.. Thank You Dr Jones ! And my Iowa family Thanks You !! T.T. :D

Dr. Jones is great. However, his staff in the Stockton office can be very uncaring and rude. I have been seeing Dr. Jones for over two years because I felt he truly cared and that was enough to offset the poor attitude of his staff. That all changed this week. I called his office to leave a message for the doctor and/or his assistant Susan. I just has a question regarding medication. I was told they were not in, would not be in, and not to expect a call back because they are far too busy to call back patients regarding medication questions. I found that odd considering Dr. Jones was the one who told me to always feel free to call should any questions arise. I'm not sure he realizes how his staff interacts with his patients. I hate to leave Dr. Jones, but can no longer deal with his staff. I will be looking for a new doctor.
