Dr Kolli is great but her office manager is a petty little man with deep seated problems with his sense of self worth. He behaves like a child. Long story short, I had to cancel an appointment and this guy has a major big time problem with it. To the point where he starts acting very unprofessionally. After that I cannot get an appointment. He cancels them right before they happen. I have never seen such behavior from a medical professional in this country. Anid Kumar Aremanda seems to look down on us. He doesn’t have the level of professionalism you would expect from an office manager for a medical practice. He would seem more at home in a laundry or in a field. He treats people in a manner that denotes he is somehow superior to the patients his wife treats. Ethics dictate the actions of a medical practice. In this case, there is nothing ethical about the matter.

Somehow Mr. Aremanda thinks running a medical office is like running a 7-11. No real responsibility for anyone’s health. The blatant disregard for my health tells me I am not dealing with professionals. I am dealing a person who is emotionally 12 years old. I wouldn’t let this person sweep the floors let alone deal with patients.

In closing, this ill mannered clod is deficient of skills required to be an office manager. He is a petty little man with deep self esteem issues.

UNCARING STAFF - Refused to assist disabled person.
My daughter was admitted into a hospital, upon discharge the hospital staff made an appointment with Dr. Kolli. When she arrived her staff would not honor the appointment because she did not complete a packet that she did not receive, or let her complete one there. My daughter is in a wheelchair, the staff would not let her into the office with the wheelchair and refused to give her a place to sit. They told her she had to re-schedule. On the re-scheduled date once again they did not allow her to enter with the wheel chair. This caused her to be 2min late for the appointment and once again the staff refused to have her see Dr. Kolli and told my daughter to re-schedule. I was obvious to the staff that my daughter is disabled which makes it difficult to travel.

I have been seeing Dr. Kolli for several years now. My insurance company informed me that the doctor I had been seeing was no longer on the list, so I changed and then found out it was a mistake on insurace co. part. However, I think Dr. Kolli is very good. She is patient, and spends time to listen to her patients. She recently moved to a new office, but I have found that since the initial move (when it was a mess), the office is on the whole an improvement on the other, although it is a little further from my home, I could go back to the old doctor, but have no desire to do so. She has a great staff and Dori is excellent, cheerfull and helpfull at all times. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

Moved into new office recently and its just as filthy as the old one. Rooms are fairly clean, but the rest of the office is gross, she also has her baby in the office all the time, which I dont like being its a drs office and people are sick. Nice dr, but she does not follow up with her patients.
