Dr Siegel is a FANTASTIC doctor. If your main complaint is that you were told you were over weight then maybe you should listen. I find it hard to believe that any of the above is true. I worked side by side with him for 5 years and his pts LOVED him. Not just 3 like the above but 15 a day everyday except on surgery days.the only complaint I ever heard about him was from my son who just plain and simple didnt want foot surgery. Yep the ONLY doctor I would ever allow to do surgery on my childrens feet. He thinks outside the box. Has a skilled hand and mind. 5 stars for Dr Siegel.

I am a diabetic and obese. Both the doctor and his staff seemed to be discriminating against my weight. the doctor didn't even touch me. he looked at me and said "I should do am EMG, but there is no sense doing that because you are so overweight", and will not do surgery on you". however, he did recommend the bariatric (spelling) surgery. I'm confused...are you a foot doctor or a diatician? and If you cannot operate for nerve damage why would you be able to for my weight? Clearly he works out and told me and my wife that he is a big health freak. my wife got very upset she asked him why my feet are purplish and swollen, he said because of his weight. he said if I lost weight, all my problems would go away.. i think this doctor should hang up his practice and start a fitness center, since he cares more about his appearance than helping his patients. what a discrace that my insurance company has to pay him. Adn, my appointment was for 9:20 and he finally strolled in at 10:20

Dr. Siegel will make you wait 2 hours to see him, but arrive to your appt 30 min late and he'll refuse to see you and tell you to go home. Even if you are supposed to undergo the next stage in a treatment plan where consistent treatment is the critical factor. You'll be told to go home, without any further instruction on how to care for yourself. Don't bother bringing up the fact you took off work and fought traffic to get there, either. They don't care.

Siegel, I won't even call him a doctor anymore, returned me to work full duty with no restrictions after performing two surgeries on my right foot and spending four years convincing me not to return to my job. OIG got involved and rather than telling the truth and standing up for his patient and his OATH as a doctor he coward and dropped me like a bad habit. I don't know why because he was too much of a coward to tell me about it or speak to me at all. He is also guilty and being reported for changing my records as many as four times. I have been trying for six weeks to get my FULL records from them and they have sent me portions each time and each time the chart notes said something different. DEFINITELY stay away from this doctor and this practice. After finally receiving a second opinion I found out that there is nerve damage in my foot as well as the heel spurs he was supposed to remove during the first surgery. As well as various other dx that he either lied about or just ignored.
