He was a nice enough person. But he required a CRNA present without explaining to me that this would double my cost. I was charged twice for the anesthesiology - once for Dr. Lastoczy and once for the CRNA. Nobody ever explained this to me.

Dr. Lastoczy took care of me at MHKW Surgical Center on 2/11/22. I would rate him a 10. Very friendly, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. I tried to fill out a review but was unable to submit.
