Took an entire week to get my CT results. Was told I need to find a doctor who is not so busy. He stated I was rude to his staff because I expressed my displeasure at having my anxiety heighten because he was too busy. I feel he is a great doctor but needs help in the punctual and personality issues. If he was out of town, dontdoctirs gdt someone cover for them.

Dr Perkel was on call after my husband's surgery with Dr Casey. My husband was told to call if he developed a fever. We did call when his fever reached above 101 degrees. Dr Perkel was incredibly rude and asked why in the world we would call him at ten oclock in the evening with a fever related question. We went into the office the following morning to see a different doctor. We were informed that he had a horrible infection and they immediately started Rocephin antibiotic shots in addition to oral antibiotics! Thankfully the doctor we saw was sympathetic and fixed everything for us. Dr Frank Casey was great throughout all of this. We will definitely see him again! I had heard great things about Dr Perkel in the past but our experience was very negative and we will not refer friends/family to him anymore.
