Maybe something happened to him after the Covid thing because prior to that he had good reviews and was worth checking out but since then he's become disconnected with people. Honestly, if you're burned out in your field then either take a break or just retire - considering how obsessed he is with nickel-and-diming his patient for the copay (lol good luck if you don't have a copay with your plan) you'd think he would have a little nest egg he could retire on because this guy should leave the field of mental health or get some mental health help for himself - there is clearly something going on with this guy. Unless you just need an autopilot type of person to handle meeting criteria for therapy or whatever don't even bother with this one.

He spent more time than necessary insulting and degrading my father. No matter what mistakes he made this stranger had no right to run his mouth about him. He, Drazen, kind of just disappeared. Said I had bipolar disorder. Referred me to a friend that met with me for 5 minutes and then retired before we could schedule a follow-up. Drazen skipped our follow-up and didn’t care after that. Never heard from him again. He’s as rude and disrespectful as you allow him to be. He was always on the ball with which debit/credit card to charge my copay. I didn’t take it hard when he didn’t care to follow-up. I didn’t care to follow-up with someone who didn’t actually care about me or my progress. I work for Stony Brook and I care about my patients. It was evident he didn’t actually care about me. No, I don’t recommend him. I never referred him to my patients so I would never refer him to any of you. He’s pompous, rude and too focused on your copay. His degree/certifications clearly got to his head. He doesn’t help. He’s over it and wants the money. I’m not about that life so thank God I’m no longer in his care.

I've have never been to a "therapist" who is so rude and uncaring. I was belittled instead of help for my mistakes. Those degrees on the wall must have been from a cracker jack box. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any one person . Do not give this clown the time of day , he needs a team of shrinks to work out his problems . Very creepy and weird .

Dr. Drazen is a waste of time and money. He was overall unprofessional. He gave me unsolicited career advice in regards to a field he knows nothing about. I also found Dr. Drazen to be overly presumptive and insulting. Find someone else.
