Very helpful and absolutely love the staff. Dr. David janerich is very gentile and caring. So is Albert. They have helped me tremendously. I am blessed to have found them!

I have been going to Dr Janerich for 25 years now and I have been treated with much compassion, kindness, excellent care ❤ and his GREAT knowledge of a person who has chronic pain! I couldn't have picked a better doctor 25 years ago not knowing how long I was going to have to be seeing him. Over ALL these years, Dr. Janerich has ALWAYS taken the time to explain everything to me, I have NEVER been rushed, have had many different treatments to try and help me with my pain! He has NEVER given up trying to help me physically, mentally, or emotionally. He has always had me try anything new or old that might help me. I'm sure he could have given up years ago on me and said I'm sorry but nothing seems to be helping but as I said before ANYTHING that is new and comes out he has me try it to see if he can find something to help me, THAT is a VERY caring compassionate Dr.! His staff is amazing! From Jen at the front desk to Francine, who retired, to John, who is ALWAYS so caring ❤ considerate and very nice and will always answer your questions or call you back if there's a problem that you've called about. I honestly can't say enough about EVERYONE in his office and about Dr Janerich being one of the BEST doctors I have ever seen! And he NEVER leaves the room without saying GOD BLESS YOU I hope you start to feel better! THANK YOU Dr Janerich and ALL your staff for being BEST office there is! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

First and foremost, I have been going to Dr Janerich for 25 years now and I would NEVER change a thing! Dr Janerich has always treated me with much kindness, compassion and understanding throughout everything I have gone through! I'm VERY BLESSED I've had his help going through this constant pain and helping me ALL along the way. He has always taken the time to go over everything with me and explain things to me, I have NEVER felt like I was being rushed out or not listened to! His staff is topnotch! 💗 His secretary, Jen, is VERY kind, personable and pleasant! Jess, his P.A. is VERY kind hearted, ❤caring, listens to everything I have to say and never rushes me, she's a true professional!💗 And John, is the nicest, kindest, VERY pleasant, and caring person who ALWAYS has a smile on his face, I have NEVER had to wait long to get in to see the Dr. I would highly recommend Dr. Janerich to anyone because he is a true professional who goes out of his way to help you and go out of his way to try and make you feel better!💗 I'm BLESSED to have had him treating me for 25 years!

First the " nurse" was completely unprofessional in attitude and attire. She would not even listen to answers when questions were asked. The dr.(term very loosely used) is arrogant, beligerant, insulting, and down right ignorrant. Would not listen to me, cut me off, even walked out of the room while I was speaking. Was extremely insulting about my weight and when I called him out on it, that appearently attacked his huge ego and he stood up and said " I cant help you" and put out his hand to shake mine. When I said "can we please talk about this" he pushed his hand closer and said "we're done, God bless you" (huh). This was much worse than is written here. As a woman do you want to be insulted about your intelligence and your weight. My husband was in the room and im glad he was able to hold his temper. We will be pursuing legal action with the State Board.

Terrible. The PA, Elaine Lacey is totally incompetent and does not listen or understand pain management. She is super arrogant and will put her ego before your pain and suffering. I cannot stress enough how bad this Doctor's office is. The actual doctor is never there and never available. This is truly the worst doctor Ive ever dealt with.

These people, not medical professionals treated me for a few years after my surgery with no problems. All of a sudden my meds were decreased with absolutely no reason. I called and called and was told they'd get me in for an earlier apt. Guess what? I was never called back. I was in excruciating pain! When my apt finally came around the dr told me because I was on medicaid the gov't sent him a letter stating they didn't want to pay for meds anymore. Called my insurance company and was told that was not true! They never call you back and lie to your face! The whole staff are rude and very uncaring! I have severe disk degeneration, osteoarthritis in my spine and nerve damage but was told it's just muscle spasms! Word of advice...do not waste your time! He's more intrested in litigation cases than treating those who are not! He gets paid more for those! BEWARE!!!

This Dr staff are RIDICULOUS! They will mess up a 1 car funeral.. THEN BLAME IT ON THE DEAD PERSON! Every single time they messed something up.. they all blame each other and treat me like it was all MY FAULT!!! Can't get a schedule right, can't take insurance right.. can't get prescriptions right.. can't get insurance forms right! WORSE PART.. you CAN NOT say anything to Dr about them! I tried to complain about ONE mess up and he cut me off mid sentence FOUR TIMES! PLUS he is very discriminating against FAT PEOPLE! No matter what your issue is... it's all your own fault just because your FAT!

I've never met Dr. Janerich before; however, I have met Elaine, PA-C. Not only is she very nice and honest, and straight to the point, she is extremely knowledgeable; she knows her stuff! With every visit I've had, she has treated me like a human being, rather than a medical assistance card. She never once dismissed my pain, and has worked with me to find medications that aren't narcotic-based & addictive. I truly appreciate and I am grateful for her kindness, expertise and generosity. My first day I was so scared---not anymore. Even the rest of the staff, such as, John is such a sweetie and nice, as well as everyone else. I only wish I had come here a while back. I found out by coming here that I have a pinched nerve in the neck and 2 in the lumbar (in addiction to the mri stuff going on). Thanks Elaine and everyone else....you are all the BEST! :)
