She insists on multiple appointments for individual issues. They are too busy to accommodate the patients with the admin staff they have. Long hold times, no available spots. Very frustrating office!

She told me I would not have a reaction of any kind to a medication she prescribed. When I did, I went to the emergency department, and it was determined that that I was in fact suffering with an allergic reaction to that medication. The ER doctor called her several times, and she never returned his calls. When I called a week later to cancel the rest of my appointments, I was told that there were no appointments scheduled. I have an appointment card that says otherwise.

By far the worst ever. She is more concern with money than any thing else.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. My concerns were dismissed, I was told repeatedly to sit on my hands so that I wouldn't scratch my itchy skin during the appointment, the doctor was so cold and pompous I literally left the office in tears. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

I LOVE Dr Gray and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good dermatologist. I travel over 40 miles one-way to go to her, and two of my co-workers are now doing the same and they love her too. I've had many skin cancers, including 2 melanomas that Dr Gray easily found when they were still in situ and easily treatable. She is a wonderful doctor, very professional, kind and friendly, and takes the time to explain. I feel as though I owe her my life and will never go to another derm.

Office staff is not patient friendly. I was billed $100 for missed appointments they said I had made, yet I had not been there in over a year. I had no record of any appointments and they did not send out any post card reminder. I missed the phone call that came 2 days before the appointment since I was out of town. I feel burned and will never return to this practice.
