Horrible experience from beginning to end. He was dealing with personal issues, and was on his cell phone taking personal calls several times, cursing, being vulgar and noticeable upset, cried a bit, and confided he had recent medical diagnosis, and it got to the point where I felt like I was the counselor and should offer him some water. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I should have been rescheduled .
