Terrible. Was treated terribly and will never return. Came for a simple procedure and they couldn't answer simple questions.

Great office Great Staff Great Doctors. Couldn't ask for a better surgeon

Twersky removed a tooth on my husband which created a hole into his sinus. He said it should heal and it didn't. Next he did surgery to repair the hole. It wasn't healing properly so he tried to blame my husband for not following directions. He told him he should have been brushing the surgical area, but that was not in the instruction booklet we received. We went for a second opinion and my husband was given a solution to rinse with, which seemed to help it heal. This doctor was shocked to hear that he wanted him to brush the surgical area. He said you NEVER brush the sutures, that would cause them to come out, never touch the surgical area until it's healed. So after that, we went back to Twersky a few more times to follow-up. Twersky said it was healed and signed off.

My husband continued to feel air coming into his sinuses so we went for a second opinion, first to an ENT then to an oral surgeon. Long story short, after a CT scan, it was discovered that Twersky left a piece of tooth behind which is why the hole never closed.

A second surgery was now needed. After surgery at Yale buy an ENT and oral surgeon, the piece of tooth was removed. Our additional out of pocket costs were in excess of $10,000.

Twersky was rude to me during my husband's follow up visits because he didn't appreciate my questions nor did he like the fact that I went to every visit with my husband. When all was said and done, if Twersky was a good surgeon, he would have recognized his error from the start when he removed the tooth. There was clearly a piece missing when he took out the tooth and he should have never just left a piece behind. Clearly, either he is horrible at what he does or his ego is too big to admit that he screwed up.

Also, when we went for a second opinion, the surgeon requested records from Twersky. When they finally sent them, they were scribbled and illegible. A request was made to his office to translate them and that request was ignored.

My daughter visited Dr. T on a referral from her college. The staff at the front desk was so rude, inconsiderate and ignorant. We will never recommend nor return for those reasons.

Very comforting and performed a great job. I would certainly recommend Dr. Twersky.

Have recommended this oral surgeon to many other people , including family members. Dr. T. has operated on all of my kids and me too. A great doctor worthy of praise.
