No better off than talking to my wall. U pay 4 these ppl 2 listen & guide, not be frazzled & distracted answering phone calls, cleaning their office & searching endlessly for your file while not even asking you ANYTHING. If you don't have insurance: even worse. Or maybe this is the reason FOR the incompetence. Either way, it's indicative of our country's Healthcare state & more specifically it's MENTAL Healthcare state, where even MORE resources are being pulled out thanks to Trump & Congress, where ALREADY they were lax as heck to begin with as you can see here!
