Great "bedside manner" - thoroughly explained options and provided sound and effective treatments. I feel so much better - thanks Dr. Gayles! Staff in Merritt Island office not as proficient, friendly and knowledgeable as those in the Pineta/Wickham Rd office.

Dr Gayles was awesome! I have neck and lower back issues. Thru injections that Dr Gayles prescribed, I felt relief within 48 hours which lastest about 6 months. I certainly wish I didn't move away to Ohio. His bedside manner is great and the staff at the hospital are fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone!

RICHIE GAYLES & GOLAVAC R PARTNERS. DR. GAYLES IS AT THE TOP OF HIS GAME. INDEPENDENTLY, AN ACQUIANTANCE WENT TO A NEUROLOGIST @ THE MAYO CLINIC, JACKSONVILLE & THE DR. @ THE MAYO CLINIC SAID THAT THESE GUYS R THE BEST IN THE STATE. THEY TEACH OTHER DR.'S WANT THEY R DOING. DR. GAYLES HAS A BACK PROBLEM & USES AN INVERSION TABLE EVERYDAY. HE PERSCRIBED ONE 4 ME & THE VA OBTAINED IT 4 ME. IT HELPS...A LOT. HE STATED THE INVERSION TABLE IS THE HOME VERSION OF DECOMPRESSION THERAPY. I ONLY WISH I HAD WENT TO HIM SOONER.
