Seemed to listen and take adequate time. Reasonable prices even without insurance. However I made 4 trips in over 4-6 months for same issue -severe (excruciating really, like contemplating suicide-type) pain and swelling in neck/jaw. Just kept giving me antibiotics and steroids no diagnostic tests. Turned out to be a severe infection in jaw and I was in sepsis by the time I finally just went to a dentist and got an xray- i was sent to be operated on immediately after she saw the xray which literally saved my life

Absolutely best doctor and staff! They are all on point, so friendly and informative. The doctor calls you back himself and calls you personally if you have questions. The staff was able to approve my child’s surgery and had it scheduled the same day! My kid never complains about going here!

The support staff is great and very helpful, but the doc is arrogant, won't listen and is a hypochondriac. Saw me for 5 min tops. said "yep, your dizzy, yep, you have sinus issues, $55 and on to a hearing place. called back after being put on every medicine for sinus and vertigo, well. we will schedule you a MRI. got a second option instead. The guy is about the money, not the patient. I hope his staff finds a better doc to serve.

Although wait time is minimal so is the interaction with dr. Patel. He didn't want to hear my concerns and insisted he knew better than I did. Blamed my thyroid tumor on my weight. Took 2 weeks to schedule biopsy, another 2 to get results because he was on vacation. He doesn't genuinely care about you.

Dr. Patel is in it only for the money. Rhinoplasty balloon burst and he still charged us for this defective product plus his time, then charged us again for re-doing the procedure. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dr. Patel has extremely poor interaction with patients. It's like a revolving door and ultimately critical care issues are missed. He's more about quantity and not quality. We've changed our ENT doctor after our abusive experience this week.

Will never do business with this man again .. Treats his patients Like a dollar sign ... Told me he didn't have more then 30sec to spend with 1 year son... That had goo coming out of his ears and he didn't even take the time to actually check his ears and told me he was fine .. Just teething ... Took him to another doctor and found that my son had a really bad ear infection .. That his ENT Doctor didn't find.. This guy is a joke shouldn't be a doctor

First ENT after see 3 others to help my sinus. He has outstanding bedside manners and it an great surgeon. I do not think you could do better.
