I needed my shoulders cleaned out due to repeated use at my job. I had Dr. Bratberg do my left one and was great no problems. He retired so Dr. Novotny did my right one. They hit a nerve in my shoulder, and I had severe pain and could not use my arm for a year. This was in the fall of 2010, and I still use medication for pain and discomfort to my shoulder. Dr. Novotny had no explanation for what happened and was unconcerned about it and did not care. Would not recommend him to anyone.
