WARNING! READ THIS! This office is nothing more than a money factory. After being a patient there for 1 year i realized i would NEVER get to see Dr. Laporta. You get seen by all the assistants and never the Dr. herself. Just who is watching the store? I know they are looking real close at the checkbook when they should take the time to look closely at the clients and thier medical history as well as test results. I left this Dr. behind me and moved on to one that will take the time and who really cares about me and my good health. I would never recommend them to anyone. This is the fast food joint of health care and would'nt be good enough to bring my dog there. What a shame. March 27, 2011

I only went a few times. Staff very nasty. Never answer phones. PA's couldn't care less about what your concerns are. They just do what they want and if you ask questions they get mad. Mike misdiagnosed me and I ended up having to have surgery. I would never go back or recommend anyone to go there. It's a shame because Dr. LaPorta seems nice enought but she never sees new patients. I joined the practice because I wanted to see a doctor not a PA. Do not even waste your time!

I love this place!!! They have a new PA Patty who is great! Mike is still there, thank goodness! Dr LaPorta has made changes in the office and now it's better than ever. Almost every nurse is helpful and sweet and the reception desk has improved also. I won't go anywhere else. All I do is ask to schedule an appointment with Dr Laporta herself when I feel like only she can help, it's never been a problem.

Staff was nice to me, saw the P.A. Mike on a days notice as a new patient. He dignosed and treated an illness that had been ignored by my last Dr. I am now seeing the correct specialist, and on the right meds. Great guy! Going for a complete physical!

I find the reception people are not very friendly. They really need to work on this. Patients don't want to be treated rudely. Trying to call the office is often very annoying. Reception desk seems always closed. You can't leave a message. Closed for lunch and when you call after the time they tell you they will reopen is always a later time than indicated. Nursing staff is nice. I do like Dr. Laporta and Amy but Amy is not there anymore. Micheal is hit or miss he is moody.

The receptionist was always nasty to me,although I've heard her being nice to some people. The wait was always long and the last time I was there and saw Dr.Fullam for a uti,he gave me a medicine that had side effects that would have been worse than the infection. I liked Dr. LaPorter but you never really get to see her and most of her PA's are inept. I made my coplaints known but it just wasn't worth staying there.

Head of reception is nasty! She purposely leaves the phone off the hook (Dr LaPorta was made aware of this by several patients and she just shrugs), they forget you in the waiting room for an hour and only "remember" that you're waiting when you question it (this has happened to me twice, and a friend once). One time I called early, before the nasty head of reception got in and they gave me an appointment, and when I came in she asked me in a mean, incredulous tone, "Who gave you an appointment?!" I am not a difficult person, and my friends, co-workers and myself have done anything to deserve this treatment. Dr Laporta is nice enough, if you actually get to see her. Usually they assign a PA to you.
