I am concerned about the lack of care by Dr Ray. I explained my concerns. She said she would handle it. However she did not. It happened again.

Great doctor, very informative and knowledgeable. Explained all possible outcomes when it came to removal of moles, and did a great job! Dr. Ray is easy to talk to and share concerns with, she is genuinely caring about my issues and will do what necessary to help. Waited an hour after my appointment set time even though I came in 30 min early.
